Dry cure with antioxidant, for bacon, gammon and dry-cured joints. Rubbed on rather than injected, so there is no added water and less shrink in the pan. The antioxidant brings the cured colour on faster. 10kg.

Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite (E250), Potassium Nitrate (E252)), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).
Allergens
Contains none of the 14 allergens that must be declared under UK law.
Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and your order goes out the same day for delivery on the next working day. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take two working days.
Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £5.50 under that. No minimum order.
